flat 7 is the only flat with one bedroom.
All the other flats have two bedrooms sleeping 2 x 2 people.

Each flat comprises:
a TV and a radio (both cable). The couch is extendable and sleeps 2 more adults comfortably, whenever necessary.

•  a kitchen, fully equipped for 6 people
  (flat 7: for  4 people)
  
• a bathroom with a bath and a toilet
  (a shower is   integrated in the bath tub.
  
• 1st bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200)
  and a 3 door cupboard
  
• 2nd bedroom with 2 singles or a
  bunk bed 200 x100)and a 2 door cupboard (7 flats)

Each flat has:

• its own terrace or balcony (closed off from the neighbouring flat(s) with a mountain view
  

• its own telephone

• a "Kaminofen"

In the souterrain you will find

    (payment with Euro 1,-- coins)

*  Solarium (payment with Euro 1,-- coins)

the holiday flats "Am Sonnenhang"
are situated in the Miesenbacher Strasse, this being a quiet secondary road off the Ruhpolding centre. 

The village (!) centre is only a
seven minute stroll away.

"Am Sonnenhang" is situated in the middle of Mother Nature,
approx. 30 mtrs (30 yards) away from the famous Dr. Degener Promenade

Only 300 mtr away you will find: 
*  2 good restaurants - open every night

*  Tennis courts hall and field

*  Supermarkt (well assorted)
